Pam spencer - President

Pam Spencer joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2001. She has been involved with the Fort Bend Junior Service League Charity Ball, Sugar Plum Market, Beneficiary Review Committee and several core placements. She chaired the FBJSL Golf Tournament in 2004 and served on the FBJSL Board of Directors as Vice President in 2005-2006 and 2008-2009. Pam served as President-Elect last year.

Catherine Kubala, President-Elect

Catherine Kubala joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2001. She worked with the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County for five years and also served one year on the Finance Committee. Catherine has also served on several event committees, including Pancakes & Pajamas, Charity Ball and Sugar Plum Market. She assumed the role of Director of Publicity in the middle of the 2009 - 2010 year. Catherine will serve as President of the League for the 2011-2012 year.

Peggy Sepulveda, Vice-President

Peggy Sepulveda joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2007. She served three years on the Fort Bend Community Partners Rainbow Room placement. This is Peggy's first year on the Board of Directors serving as Vice President.

Renee Jaramillo, Secretary

Renee Jaramillo joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2008. She served on the Pancakes & Pajamas Committee for two years. This is Renee's first year serving on the Board of Directors as Secretary.

Sarah Boyd, Treasurer

Sarah Boyd joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2007. Her first placement was with Child Advocates. She has also served two years on the Beneficiary Review Committee. This is Sarah's second year serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer.

Stephanie Martin, Director of Membership

Stephanie Martin joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2007. Her first placement was with Child Advocates. She has also served two years on the Cookbook Committee. Since 2007, Stephanie has dedicated her time serving as a Child Advocate for abused and neglected children. This is her first year serving on the Board of Directors as Director of Membership.

Marcie Payne, Director of Development

Marcie Payne joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2006. She served on the Charity Ball Committee in 2006 and 2008 and served as a Co-Chair of the first Pancakes & Pajamas event in 2008. Marcie also implemented a series of leadership sessions for the 2009 Provisional class. This is her first year serving on the Board of Directors as Director of Development.

Raquel Smith, Director of Provisionals

Raquel Smith has been a member of FBJSL since 2003. She served on the Golf Committee during her Provisional year. Raquel served on Sterling Ball committee for two years and the Sugar Plum Market Committee for two years while serving on the Beneficiary Review Committee. Raquel was named Volunteer of the Year for the 2006-2007 year. She has also served as a Provisional Mentor. Raquel was a Co-Chair of the 2008 FBJSL Charity Ball. She served one year on the Board of Directors as Director of Development. This is Raquel's first year as Director of Provisionals.

Laura Thompson, Director of Publicity

Laura Thompson joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2007. She has served on the Pancakes and Pajamas Committee, the Charity Ball committee and most recently worked with Child Advocates. This is Laura's first year serving on the Board of Directors as Director of Publicity.

Beth Butler, Director of Community Relations

Beth Butler joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2008. She has served on the Pancakes and Pajamas Committee and the Beneficiary Review Committee. This is her first year serving on the Board of Directors as Director of Community Relations.

Brigit Engleman, Past President and Parliamentarian

A member of the Fort Bend Junior Service League since 2003, Brigit Engleman volunteered on the Women's Center placement until she was elected to the Board of Directors in 2005. She served as the League's Treasurer for two terms and the Director of Provisionals for one term. Brigit helped to establish the League's Beneficiary Review Committee, and she has been actively involved with both the Sugar Plum Market and Charity Ball. Since 2003, she has also dedicated her time to serving as a Child Advocate for abused and neglected children in Fort Bend County. Brigit served as President of the League during the 2009-2010 year.
